A certain number of additional fellowships are exclusively earmarked for the candidates belonging to economically backward families. To be eligible for these scholarships, it is necessary to produce a govt. authorised income statement. Additionally, if the need arises, scholarship committee reserves the right to visit the student at home and ascertain that details provided are genuine.

Complete discipline and dedication towards the stated objective by the student is a necessary pre-condition for both availing and continuation of scholarship. In case of discontinuation of scholarship, foundation will bear no liability.
Scholarships are funded in conjunction with participating institutions, no disbursement is possible unless student takes admission into one of the participating institutions. Foundation is working hard to ensure that there are enough institution of high quality so that students can take admission in any institution of their choice across the width of breadth of the country.

ELEGIBILITY

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Fellowship are only awarded after successful completion of 3 STEP evaluation system

STEP-1: Online application & scholarship test. Students who successfully complete step-1, will be eligible to participate in step-2.
STEP-2: Offline interview assessment test. Test will conducted across 5 locations in the country in 2023. Interview will conducted with one of the scholarship committee member. The exact dates will be announced on official website and social media channels. Students who successfully complete step-2, will be eligible to get pre-registration for seats in step-3.
STEP-3: Personal documents should be submitted for service tax confirmation.

Complete education in Science or Computer Science for 2 years i.e. from 11th till 12th Boards is 100% Funded in the means of scholarship for candidate under Bhartiya Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana more over they will get institutional level of preparation for Medical and Engineering.

Female Students

Education for 11th + 12th in Science.

Complete education in Science for 2 years i.e. from 11th till 12th Boards is beneficial with 100% Scholarship for female candidate under Bhartiya Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana more over they will get institutional level of preparation for Medical and Engineering.

Economically disadvantaged students

Same as relevant category mentioned above.

Complete education in Science for 2 years i.e. from 11th till 12th Boards is funded under BVPY and Ministry of Corporate Affairs for male and female candidates economically or financially unstable and disadvantaged students get 100% Scholarship under Bhartiya Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana more over they will get institutional level of preparation for Medical and Engineering.

About

The National Scholarship Program is for the Welfare of Students to pursue Education in Science it was announced in January, 2019 by glimpse of motivation towards Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam sir. It will provide a post-matric scholarship for meritorious students from 11th & 12th class. The scholarship is to be awarded for Scientific and Research oriented studies in India. It will also cover technical and vocational courses in Training Institutes / Training centers associated with the Bhartiya Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana.

Real education enhances the dignity of a human being and increases his or her self-respect. If only the real sense of education could be realised by each individual and carried forward in every field of human activity, the world may be so much better place to live in. The objective of the Bhartiya Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana scholarship programme is to award scholarships to meritorious students belonging to economically weaker sections but have the ability to take science career so as to provide those better opportunities for higher educations. Increase in their rate of attainment in higher education in science enhances their employability.

Objective

The scholarship is to be awarded for Scientific and Research oriented studies in India in a government or private higher secondary schools, including eligible private institutes selected and notified in a transparent manner by the State Government concerned. It will also cover technical and vocational courses in Training Institutes/Training Centers affiliated with the National Council for classes XI and XII. (Course of less than one year duration is not covered under this program; Certificate courses are also not covered.)
